Sir,
me and i have one brother,we have 3 houses,2 houses are my mothers property.one house for father property,my father given his house to me and settlement is registered,my mother given one house to my brother that also settlement done registered.
after that my mother died without any will to her second house.this house property value is high.
now i am asking second house property more shares compare with my brother share.
because my father given house is low property value.
can i move to court ask to cancel all seetlement deed once again partion done equally.

no . your mother and father have by gift deed given you and ypour brother one house each . as for thrid house since your mtoher did not leave nay will both you and your brother will have equal shares in said property .
