tenure for leave & license agreement

Dear sir,

I want to let out commercial premises at PONDICHERRY, want to know about provision for how many term, I can let out the primes as I want to registered the said agreement, hence want to know the tenure for the same. also provide me the stamp duty and registration charges for the same.

The Stamp Duty differs from state to state.

The tenure may be 11 months.

enter into agreement for 33 months with renewal clause . have agreement drafted by a lawyer . have document duly stamped and regd . stamp duty depends upon stamp act of the state
