Birth certificate

My baby boy was born on 22.02.2007 in Hospital at Mathura. Hospital issued a birth certificate. Is it valid or i have to apply for new certificate from Nagar Palika Office?

Kindly suggest.

you ahve to obtain certificate from nagar palika office .

You should obtain from Local authority, Municipality.

get BC from local municipality.

Get that certificate enroled with municipality and obtain their certificate. Now you shall have to pay fine as it is already delayed.
