After 1 month registered marriage

Dear sirs,
This question is for my sister.She had got registered married without our family knowledge..And we are come to know that after 1 month only ..in between they had no sexual relation.and they are waiting for family permission for getting married .after knowing this matter we are gone for having some talk with that person who has married my sister.During this conversation we and my sister came to know that he's not good for our family ..will spoil our sister life.
sister getting afraid about his reaction and worried she not ready to live the life with him.and we are middle class family ..if we go for divorce,we not having that much of financial support and our relative will know about this matter.
So please advice we are totally freeze.
What we can do next ???

Since she is already married and not willing to lead matrimonial life , divorce is now the only option left.
Persuade her in laws for mutual divorce since it is smooth and not time taking.

A Similar case was smoothly and tactfully solved, in confidence. For MC Divorce couple have to go to Court,only 2 times to Court in 7 months. Outsiders or relatives have hardly any opportunity to know.

Under the given circumstances, Mutual Consent Divorce is the only solution provided the husband of your sister agrees for it.

None of the experts has told you that this mutual divorce petition cannot be filed before one year of marriage so it is better to file petition under section 12(1) of HMA seeking the the declaration of the marriage as null and void on the ground that the same has not been consummated till to date. If other side becomes ex-parte then also such decree for divorce can be got obtained within a very short time.
