Hi,
I own agriculture land of 10 acres ,and we have dispute with (fathers brother) .
Wihtout our notice my grandfather had gifted 25 acres of land to his grand children ( ELder Son) , then we intervened and went to court and then i got 10 acres as a grandson .
After that my fathers brother went to court and there was ruling against us.
I had owned the land for abt 10 yrs and then when we lost we moved to high court and then we got stay. but my fathers brother has taken over the land with the help of muscle power and when we requested police to help us they says its civil case.
Please guide me wat shud be my next step.

You should file a contempt petition before high court and should plead for repossession of the land by way of police help.
