Fss act related query

(Querist) 09 December 2012 This query is : Resolved 
under provisions of FSS regulations if a company has made requisition for second sample report, orally he has got intimation of the negative results but official no communication has been sent, what should be the further course of action, should he wait for notice from adjudicating authority???
