Partition deed

Dear sir/madam
my father and his elder brother filed a partition suite,its already in 5th month the last brother has not yet filed nothing regarding the suite,y? and what will be the reason, they can put the application any time,or at the they can file the application,my worry his my all the three brothers r aged health is not good,what will be the feature of this case if any uncertainity happens any one of them,kindly do the needful.

Much time is needed for the final disposal of the court cases and even if either of the parties unfortunately leaves for heaven, his legal heirs do replace so nothing to worry. Your lawyer should be requested to oppose the adjournments.
