Sir,
I am facing departmental inquiry. The chargesheet issued to me was by a person not competent to do so. The constitution of the committee was also violating the rules of the institute. I had challenged both these issues prior to begining of the inquiry and also at various stages of the departmental inquiry.
During the inquiry many of the documents presented by the institute were forged and I had challenged it. Without considering my challenge the inquiry proceeded and had submitted its report which I think will be against me.
What can I do to challenge the report and for giving fales evidences against me for implicating me at the departmental inquiry?

You have not mentioned, according to you, who (by designation) was the competent authority to issue charge sheet and who signed that?
Further, you have alo not mentioned where did you challenge the validity of charge sheet, whether in the court of law or by representation to the competent isciplinary/ appellate authority?
Still furthe, you have not mentioned with which authority did you challenge the forged documents?
So, on such a vague query without knowing the facts, it is not understood, how you have expected the experts to provide you with some appropriate solution, and how they can know whether you are right or wrong in your thinking and whether you have adopted the right procedure in presenting your case pertaining to the departmental inquiry or not?

You seem to have a good case.
Please elaborate as stated by Mr Dhingra.
Please stated if it is a Govt /semi-govt body
