Our a suit pending in session court.

Title Tenancy.......

How do I prove that my grandfather was tenant on that land.

How do I prove that my grandfather was tenant on that land.

We do not have any documents.

Only 7/12 on name.

now on that land govt.under possession

The revenue receipt,bills would corroborate the proof of tenancy.

7/12 also contain the entry of tenant which is prima-facie admissible in evidence so this is the best evidence in your hand if the name of your grandfather is shown there.

I went to collector and the Tehsil office.

But there is no available Documents.

And I have only 7/12 nothing other than.

Further the collector and the Tehsil I demanded by under RTI.

RTI officer, said in a letter to the record is not available to us.

In the given facts, you can go to consumer forum against SPIO denying having no record under RTI Act or can file first appeal but basic question is 7/12 contain the name of tenant which you have already been advised but you have not reacted on this aspect.
