Dear Sir,

I suppose to put case against my wife as Damage case for Rs.10 lakhs,how much amount shall i pay for court fees?Plz let me no.

If it is civil defamation suit for damages then in WB it is fixed court fees of rs 30/-.

What is the need to file such suit for damages? Put the relevant facts otherwise locally know the amount of stamp duty from your lawyer to whom you have to engage.
