Re:addition of name in share certificate

If in a share certificate there are already two names(husband and wife) and if a third name has to be added from the same family 1.e only son. what is the procedure.

already existing shareholders shall have to relinquish portion of their share in favour of their son and this should be got transferred by way of process adopted by the particular company. apply to company for changes.
