Q)if i am not wrong supreme court has termed 498-A/domestic voilence case as legal terrorism then why our courts favour women?

Very rude comments on the part of the querist.

In fact your question is a senseless question. How you expect the lawyers to reply you on behalf of the courts, when you have asked "why our courts favour women," which is beyond their scope?

Q) if in mediation center of supreme court i put forth certain condition
1) if my wife says that marriage was without dowry
2)she had file false cases against me and in future she wont file any false case
3)whenever she go to her parents she will come back as per her committment
4)none of her relative will visit my house

Can it be possible and all condition are in writing?

It depends between both the parties to agree to certain points or not. mediation Centre is meant just for trying to bring parties at mutual settlement either this or that way.

In any marriage, commitments are from both the sides, which they have to fulfill towards each other. If you want to put your own one-sided conditions, she can also do so. You should not expect that you can impose your own one-sided conditions and she should not. If you really want peace in married life, both of you will have to compromise with each other's wishes and respect each other's family members. If not, only divorce is the alternative with readiness of the high income party to bear maintenance charges for the other, who is weak in financial position.
