Respercted sir,
I am now working in a public limited company in Guwahati Assam .Our company head office in Agra . Our company more than 20 branches in all over india . i am working since may 2009 to till date .my company give me salary in cash no any salary account. my company donot give me pf or any benifit. now my question is that if there are any law for public limited company that the employee give benifit like salary a/c,pf .if thereare any law than please give me suggestion what can i do?

Employees Provident fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 is mandatory to be followed by your employer vide which you duly entitled for the grant of EPF benefit. Make a complaint to RPFC.

Write a simple letter annexing the documents of employment, if any, and mention therein entire facts as posted by you here and demand a strong legal action against the employer.
