Sir,
My case is going on for the past 18 months.
My wife has filed 498 and 406 against me. We returned everything in actual in CAW cell out of inflated list. FIR has been lodged They have even raided my house,; my mother's lockers. I have got bail from court.While I had gone to fulfil the sureity formalities, the IO is saying that my wife is insisting for raid at my all relatives Chacha,Taya and Mama. Every fourth day his call up my father to CAW cell. We balm his palm. but how long?
We shall file for quash after the court vacations as I have been bailed only on 18th .
Kindly guide how to deal with and oblige.

you have to fight case on merits . contact a local lawyer . high court would be reluctant to quash your complaint as the allegations made in FIR mention that jwellery items still lying with you . whether list is inflated or not can be decide dafter evidence is led by parties

In regu;ar cases u/s 498A, 406 IPC the Police does not raid places of other relatives and that too without the permission of court.
The police may be trying to extort some money from you.

Police has no right to raid in the houses of the relatives of the husband as those have no direct relationship with your wife and even if police do take such illegal action, take action against those police officials in their personal capacity in the court.
You need not to adopt illegal means to giving bribery. The IO has known this way of your frightening so is misusing it. Clearly refuse to obey him as desired.
