Marriage and absconding

I had lodged a rape case against my boy friend so he compromised for marriage and i withdrew my complaint.Recently on 10th Dec 101212 we done our registry marriage.After 2days my husband left me alone and ran away taking his parents support after 2days of registry marriage.Can anyone help me what to do.Now he is sent me message saying that he got kidnapped by naxelites.

you can file petition under section 12 HMA.
You can lodge FIR for cheating, cruelty.
You can apply for maintenance.

I wonder who rape whom????

Any way: Its a job of Police to arrest & investigate

We Lawyers can only ask , Who Rape whom, when & Why !!Whether there was Love, Affection or only Sex???

First lodge a missing diary in the local police to ensure that he has not left you willingly.
If he has left you then you can bring various cases like 498A, 406 IPC, PWDV Act etc to mention a few.
