340 crpc can be filed in district court of delhi?

Dear Sir,
The father in law of my brother has falsely dragged my family in 498-A/406 case at harayana District state as result My family and I have to seek the regaulr bail and then I move to Haryana HC for quash and stay on proceedings which was granted till next date of hearing
Mena while my sister in law has filed the case of section 125 CrPC gainst my brother in which the allegations in petition are quite differnt with what her father has ststed in FIR
I am seeking the opinion that whether on the basis of the submissions made by sister in law and her father, whether I can file the petition under section 340 CRPC at Delhi courts for perjury? and I am the permanent resident of delhi and the alleged cause of action too has taken place in Delhi but the parties delibrately chosen to file the complaint at theri place of residence

From the facts narrated by you perjury is not even made out. She has every right to make allegations in 125 Cr.P.C which are different from those levelled in 498A.
