Is physical appearance of both boy and girl necessary for giving notice of marriage under Spl. Marriage Act ?
What documents are required to be submitted alongwith the notice for intended marriage.
Please advise.

The notice is required to be signed by both the parties.
The notice is given in following format as per the second schedule:
NOTICE OF INTENDED MARRIAGE
To
Marriage Officer for the .................................................. District.
We are hereby give you notice that a marriage under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, is intended
to be solemnized between us within three calendar months from the date hereof.
