Dear Sir,
I have returned to india from Canada and I have a canadian driving license and a learners's license in India. My vehicle has met with an accident. Kindly advise me if the insurance company allows the claim for damages caused to my car in an accident.

Even if you have a learning license of India even then your insurance company is liable to pay as per its assessment/survey of demages.
