what is the maximum limit housing society can charges us for NOC

to transfer flat in name of purchaser noc of builder is necessary if no society is formed . unless you pay transfer charges fat wont be trnasferred in name of purchaser by builder . if you dont want to pay builder wat for society to be formed then sell your flat .

as per supreme court verdict noc is not required to sell the flat as per which news i read and one one more thing our buyer loan also paid by bank also they also did not demand noc know we go for registry can they demand for noc for registry

what if builder refuses ot transfer flat in name of buyer? to be on safe side buyer will inisit on NOC from builder .
if society formed you dont need NOC from society . but society will also ask for transfer charges to transfer flat in name of buyer

I do endorse the advice of Ajay though legally such NOC is not necessary but for safer side if the same is obtained, it shall minimise future disputes.
