Complain against flour mill shop

there is a flour mill shop in our area, who is sleeping in the morning and runs the flour mill at night till 12am to 1am in midnight
he makes lot of noice by hitting the machine, he is not listening to anybody
i want to know is there any way of stoping him?
is there any act to prove that shop should not be kept open beyond some limit time?
children and old age people are facing lot of problem
i want to take action but without showing my identity
can u help me please

ask society to lodge police complaint .similarly lodge complaint with muncipal corporation against said flour mill as it runng in a residential area till mid night .

but its not society, its a chawl type house there are many shops and house - u can say its a jopad patti also

well then ask all ladies in the chawl to get together and march to the flour mill . raise a hue and cry . ask him to close flour mill by 9pm . he will oblige

i want any policeman or person from consumer court/shop n establishment act to visit him and give notice to him - as he is not registered shop owner

you have to bell the cat . lodge police complaint then ony will police act .
lodge complain with muncipal coproration that flour mll is being run without any license then corporation will act .
you want to remain anonymous then no action will be taken

thank you but sorry - the solutions are no help to me, i dont want to go to police station and i dont want to reveal my identity

Prepare a Complain, Let all your neighbours sign it;
Send copies to Municipal Corporation, Police station, Local Muni Corpora tor.
Can jointly get retrain order from court for NUISANCE.
BE BRAVE, SAY OPENLY THAT IT DISTURBS YOUR SLEEP.

If an individual wants to get solution to the wrong things prevailing around him, he needs to come forweard and initiate all necessary actions which you are shying to initiate so better to leave aside this matter.
