I went to sbh bank with my friend. My friend is an illiterate person so I went to help him in filling the form. so one thing i cant understand about the form so I asked with an employee of the bank so he started misbehaving with me telling me is that your form let him fill the form why are you interfering. so i want to learn him a lesson can you please tell me the way according to law. please give me the answer. with copy to Gen Manager of the Bank.

It is Govt bank and being discourteous is against conduct rules.
