MY CLIENT WAS OUSTED FROM HER MATRIMONIAL SHARED HOUSE IN JANUARY 2005. SHE FILED A COMPLAINT IN COURT UNDER PWDV ACT 2005, WHICH WAS ENFORCED ON 13.09.2005, AGAINST RESPONDENTS. WHETHER SAID COMPLAINT IS MAINTAINABLE AS SAID ACT WAS CAME IN FORCE AFTER HER OUSTING IN QUESTION.KINDLY TELL LATEST CITATION ON THIS ISSUE.

Act itself contains the provision that this act shall be applicable with retrospective effect means the past incidents of cruelty can be got agitated under this act.
