Sir,
After torture by CAW cell for about6months, having returned all stridhan I had excpet the inflated one,raided my house, my mom's locker even my wife picked up my mom's jwellry that it was gifted to her by my mom, FIR was served to me on 23rd DEC 2012(internet FIR dated 22.10.2012),IO was threatening to raid all my relatives house, my lawyr had filed a case at high court to quash FIR. Now notice has been sent by high court to my wife, will police file charge sheet against me? Is there any time line from the date of FIR to charge sheet. I hope I am not being fooled by my lawyer as sometimes i feel. Can u kindly throw some light on my query and oblige.

Has stay been granted while admission of appeal. If yes then Police can not submit charge sheet till disposal of the quashing case.
