My great grand father made will his property to grand father , My grand father gifted to my father . My grand father has 1 son and 3 sister . This 3 sister having grand sons and daughter . My grand father gave little amount of property (but not equal share)to his daughter and rest to my father . My father having document in that all sister signed that they have no rights this happend before 1990 ,but this document is not registered . Now is there any chance in claiming the property by sister or sister's son or sister's grand sons.If there any chance to protect pls help me

your aunts have not signed any deed of relinquishment . the said document signed by your aunt is not stamped and regd . your aunt can claim her share in the property

Though it is not registered , if it is admitted by the sisters or you pay the impounded stamp duty , it would be admissible in evidence.

sir thanks for reply , is there any way to protect the property, sister's got marraige on before 1989 sir. if my grand father write will with settlement to my father it will be safe or not .they signed in stamp paper but not registered .
