my father purchase a land 20 acres land about 15 years ago in the name of elder brother.we are in joint family and we are 3 brother. Now my father wants to distrute property among 3 bother but my elder is not redy to distrubute property which is in his name. what should we do so that we all brother got equal share.

Who is enjoying the property?
If it is in your eclusive possession for al those years then get the same distributed among themselves by way of family deed of settlement.
If your uncle claim the same then take plea of adverse possession.

your brother is the owner of property since property is in his name . his consent would be required for distribution of property equally among other 2 brothers .

As you father is absolute owner of the property standing in his name so he can distribute the entire property standing in his name in favour of your both brothers leaving him as he is already having the share in his name.
