Visitation right

I have filed custody case about 1 year.
Still i have not got visitation right,
due to opponent delaying tectonics.Is there any reference from Supreme Court
/high Court that district court can not detain visitation right so long.
Please send me the link or the documents, tomorrow is the case date , please
help

for your valuable guidence.
I got order of visitation right,but it is her place.Judge told to go to
her place and if any wrong occure , then he will see the matter.

With the Xerox copy of court order visit to her place and in case she create any nuisance and not allow you for meeting your child then inform the court. The court will pass the order.
