Sale of flat

(Querist) 04 March 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I have given the application for NOC however, I have doubts that they will give it to me as I was the previous secretary and a lot of bad blood was created had to call the registrar..

I wanted to know if I dont get the NOC can I still sell my flat will the new managing commitee cause any problems in my sale

You need not to get NOC prior to sale of your property as there is no such legal requirement.
