Second marriage

am 25 yr old..and he is 33 yr old...and we both are planning for register marriage...but he already married to other person....for our marriage is there any no objection letter neede from his wife or he can directily proceed for second marriage...?

he first must get divorce decree from court

and then you can marry him.

No second marriage legally possible in given facts unless he gets a DIVORCE DECREE against her passed by family court,otherwise your marriage with him would be treated void and illegal.
