hi sir,
Could u please explain me about
1) How good is the panchayat approved layouts put for sale in north bangalore?
2) They seem to be cheaper as compared to BIAPPA approval, why?
3)And should we have to struggle when we plan to sell or construct or do anything with such sites?

1. There is no bad if you buy a land under the juridiction of Panchayat. You may not get other amenities like Roads, Electricity , water & Sewage facilities.
2. It is not coming under BIAPPA and not having above infrastructures so it is cheaper.
3. This will take time to develop such area.

Q.1) How good is the panchayat approved layouts put for sale in north bangalore?
A.It's lawful to buy them too,if one wants.
Q.2) They seem to be cheaper as compared to BIAPPA approval, why?
They are cheaper because they are in rural areas without infrastructural amenities.
Q.3)And should we have to struggle when we plan to sell or construct or do anything with such sites?
A.You may not have to struggle for raising construction when plots are approved for construction but appreciation and marketing of them would depend upon demands from prospective buyers.
