Due to typographical error agm date was mention 30/09/2012 and no scope for rectification at the time of filing in mca.
Now notice have been received fom roc for which reply have been given stating there was mitake due to above stated reason with board and agm minutes .
Even then notice have been received from court.
Please advise

Typographic error which already stands cleared against the receipt of the notice do not provide cause of action to RO to file any petition before the court so put the reply before the court strongly with other documentary evidence.
