Relinguishment deed

my associates query- in a muslim family husband had expire and had a 3 flat in the joint name with wife.having 6 daughter only now all the six daughter want to relinguish their share in the favour of mother. what is the procedure pls advice and format of relinguishment deed format.

In the given case, a Relinquishment Deed is required to be got executed and registered before the local registrar. There is no specific format for this purpose. It shall be better to engage a local lawyer for this purpose as he shall do it perfectly as per local requirement.
