dear sir, i had booked a under construction flat on april 2010 by downpaying 18lakhs.after 6 months 3lakh,then after 6 months 3lakh more.on 2012 the builder send notice for service tax for payment done after june 2010. but on 2013 again the builder send service tax notice for payment made before june 2010. what to do

this the flat was delivered on time and have you taken the previous receipt if you have taken then consult your municipal office with that receipt then ask your builder why two times he is asking

The tax is imposed prospectively not retrospectively.
