Hi Team...please suggest how can I inform the court that I won't be able to appear on 1st hearing in the matter of Section 13 (1) (ia) of the hindu marriage act 1955 read with section 26 of the protection of women from domestic violence act 2005...I am not medically fit...

appear through your advocate, in civil case no need to appear personally, if you are fighting the case in person send a registered letter to concerened court with medical documents along with the application.

You need not appear personally. You can engage an advocate and get your appearance through your advocate only.
