we r two brothers and two sisters.my father expired in 94 giving equal share to two bro in his house and nothing for my sisters in his regd will, sisters hav gone to court asking for share in property on the pretext that house contructed was built with some ancestral property, but my father has written in his will that property is self acquired, can my sisters claim the share when my father has given share to only two bro. also can my sis claim the property share even if it is proved in court that the property was not ancestral.

no sisters wont get share . father has in his will given property to only 2 sons . will has to be proved .

If self acquired by father, sisters will not get anything.
If ancestral property was sold off by father at or abt the relevant period, court will consider sister's claim

What is the proof they have that house in dispute was constructed from sale proceeds of ancestral property????????????
If they have not assailed the will and have not sought it's cancellation,merely proving
fact that house was testator's [your father's ]self acquired property and producing one attesting to prove will,you would be able to sail successfully.

yes if self acquired then the father had every right to give it to nay one of his choice.
