My writ petition has been changed from Misc. matter(date of filing case june,2011) to regular matter at seniority basis(earlier cases would be hear first).
1).what does it mean?
2)expected date of hearing?
3)Is there any way to fast the hearing process?
please explain the detail answer towards the question asked above.
i hope the experts of the concerned matter provide me appropriate and satisfactory answer. i really need it.

you must have engaged a lawyer to fight the case . ask him for clarifications .after filing of writ petition and removal of office objection petition is numbered . it is placed on board for admission .after hearing arguments the HC may or may not admit the said petition
you have not mentioned whether your petition has been admitted or not till date . no fixed date can be mentioned as to when it will appear .
if it has been admitted by the high court it will appear for final hearing in due course . it may take couple of years .unless the HC has passed an order for expedited hearing it will take years for final disposal

means as said above you have not said thus your matter is admitted or admission before notice in second the court will send the notice and if other side files vakalat then the case will list
if the case is admitted then as per year wise the case will come for hearing and if you want to expedite to hear your case out of turn then you have to file another Misc. petition

the case was admitted, after that the honourable court has passed the order on 01.08.2012
" In the meanwhile, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties
shall file their written submissions along with the case law relied upon"
after then renotify at 26.11.2012,11.02.2013 and today(15.04.2013) the Hon'ble Judge said the Misc. matter should treat as regular matter at seniority basis(earlier cases would be hear first).
I asked my advocate ,he said this is for final judgement whenever it comes. when should i expect the next day of hearing, he said after 2 month should be in the list.
i asked the advocate before filing the writ petition the advocate assure me this case will finish within a year. Now two years completed since case have been filed.
i am totally confused what happened today. I am requesting you(experts)to please provide me the clear picture what is going on.

You should have trust in your lawyer. It seem you lack it. Neither you have faith in your lawyer nor in us. Had you been faithing your lawyer, there was no need to raise this query here and had you faithing us, why have you not engaged either of us for your case?
