I had a signed a agreement.there is a arbitration clause in it. My question is that... if any dispute arise of any such act which is not covered by agreement then arbitrater descision is bound on me?

In agreement there is no clause of credit.now dispute arised for credit policy.matter in front of arbitrater ..act not covered by agreement for which arbitrater is appointed .is it valid ?

You can dispute the jurisdiction of arbitrator before the arbitrator himself.
