respected sir,
i purchased a home in yr 2005 to take morgage loan thenafter done sale deed,presently seller said after a long time,
when i sign in sale deed i m presurred and go to court so pl tell me sir how much time if we cancelled a sale deed?.seller go in the court 202 inquiry so pl tell me sir what is the court decision?.

it is necessary to know complete facts of the case to advise . why are you pressurised to go to court ? why you want to cancel the sale deed ? contact a local lawyer

202 enquiry means this is a police case. It also shows that you have already engaged a lawyer. This also shows that he is having relevant documents of the case. it also shows that due to documents and having knowledge of that particular case, he is in better position than us to advise you so why are you posting such issues here?
