I live in mayur vihar, delhi. I have filed a section 9 case in karkardooma court to take back my wife. My residence proof is of Mayur vihar.

Now i have shifted to badarpur to the rented flat.Will the proceeding be going on in the same karkardooma court or proceeding will change to another juridiction court.

It would continue in the same court unless your wife lives in some other jurisdiction and desires to get the case transferred in that jurisdiction.
