Hi,
we need to register my brother's apartment .since my brother is abroad, i am the GPA and is notarised by embassy in USA. however i need to ajudicate that notarised document.
1.where can i get it adjudicated ( i assume it is 200/- stamp)
2. Person who is arranged by builder is asking 2000/- for this.
can i get it done without his help, where can i get it done in Bangalore and how much would it cost

Your question is not clear. You want to purchase apartment or you want to sell the apartment of your brother. Kindly clarify.
Either way, since your GPA contains sale powers, it should be registered in the sub registrar office, where the property is situate. Rs. 100/- is enough. In Andhra Pradesh the stamp duty is 6% (5% adjustable/returnable at the time of subsequent sale deed) of the market value of the apartment and registration charges extra. stamp duty differs from state to state.
No need of any agent. You can get it directly. If you have any doubts please consult sub registrar. He will help you.

You need it to get adjudicated and registered in the office of the sub registrar where the sale deed of the apartment would be executed and registered.
It is possible to do personally.Just keep your ID card with your self.Cost would be told to you in sub registrar office.
