I have two brother and one sister
I have purchased a property from self earned then please advice me can a right to small brother in my purchase property

If the property is self-acquired property out of your own earnings, nobody has any right on it. You can deal with it as you like.

Yes, if the same has been purchased from your sole earning and purchased in your name only , then your brother and sister do not have right over it, and if it purchased from joint family income sources, then they also have a right over it.
