Land on 99 years lease

Is there any Supreme court judgement on the rights of the Lessie holding land on 99 years lease at the end og the lease if there is no renewal provision in the Lease Agreement?

Sir,
At the end of the lease period, in the absence of a renewal clause, the lease stands terminated and the lessee has to handover peaceful and vacant possession of the property to the Lessor.

Renewal word itself is clear. If e=lease is not renewed, it gets terminated due th its limit. There is no contrary judgment to this legal aspect.
