An accused mooved to high court with a plea that since he had deposited compensation amount in lower court he may be acquited in cheque bounce case.The accused was convicted and sentenced in lower court and his appeal in session court was also dismissed.Can accused claim his acquital on basis of depositing money?

He can, but all depends upon how strong is his appeal case.
