Hi there,
I just want to ask a question about a family dispute for the ancestral property.
my grandfather were three brother.Among those three brothers, two got married and one of them didnt get marry. So the one who did not get married gave his property to my dad legally. All this thing happened 40 years back. So the property is under my dad's name. Now the sons of one of my grandfathers are creating hassle and they are saying that they want share in that property which does not even belong to them.
So i just want to know that do they have any right on that property when the property is under my dad's name.

since the grandfather has legally transferred the property in your dad's name, sons of other grandfathers have no right in it.

Comment:
The mode of transfer has not been disclosed by you. How to confirm that it was a legal transfer.
If it was? It is okay.Else there may be buts.
