I would like to know for sake of knowledge can wife file for maintenance and male child (7 months) custody at the time of filing counter as respondent,
and what the procedure for reconciliation
pl help me

when divorce case is filed it is referred for counselling . the objective being to try to save the marriage . wife can in her WS apply for maintenance and other releifs

Agree with the expert. Separate case can also be filed.

Reconciliation is a duty casted on courts to endeavour to save marriages.

Maintenance can be sought for u/s 24 Of HMA
by any party against the other who has means
towards cost of life and litigation both.
