My mother launched an FIR in the subjected matter and the police department made her accused in the challan submitted to court. the statment of all the witnesses is almost over. I AM SEARCHING FOR THE JUDGEMENT/CITATION ON SIMILAR CASES WHICH STATES THAT "AAROPI YA MULJIM DWARA DHARA 409, 420 IPC KI FIR SWAYAM KARAYI JAAYE TO USSE DOSHI NAHIN MAANA JAA SAKTA".

As per information available to me this sort of judgement was done by Honerable HC of MP in between 1980 to 1988.

the help in the matter will save an honest govt employee.
