Need help for my problem

I was worked in a company. During the joining they told me i am the working partner but they din give me documents. I worked very hard for the company day and night without considering time. I also give an employment order stated my monthly salary was 6k. But i din receive my salary yet (8months). I am now leaving the company. I gave 50000 rs for partnership. for that also they din give me document. Now they are not talking a good way if i ask the document and my pending salary. Please help me what do i want to do...

File a suit for dissolution of partnership and for division of accounts.

All they said you did nothing was decided by you at any moment.Very strange or is it not!

If true then you are negligent.

Your facts are not sufficient to advise you about your remedy.

How to prove partnership would be great hardship before you if you proceed to file suit for suggested remedies.

In addition there would be exposed unlimited liability of third parties due to admission that you were a partner.

A suit for realization of dues as employee
would and can also lie.

Some labor laws remedy may also be there to help you depending upon facts.


Better visit a lawyer personaly.

Sir is there any opportunity to file a case on the properator regarding the pending of wages. They din give me any sort of salary certificate. In my hand i am having acceptance of relieving letter and my experience letter. is it possible to file a suit regarding the pending of wages with this records.

As you have mentioned that you gave Rs. 50,000/- in the concern, the same must have been entered in the books of the concern. You may claim the same on the basis of entry provided you are able to prove your claim.

You have got experience and relieving letter, which is proof of your working in the concern. Concern may not be having record of payment of wages to you. You may consult a local labor law lawyer who may help you on the basis of documents and also advise you to what extent these would be helping you.
