Aquital against case stand in session court

Hi All Experts,

I am Thankful to all expert for giving the valuable suggestion, after one year my case registered in the session court in which JMFC has given aquital in IPC 406.

Actually the case was that I have my own purchased house, when i was in father's house(in the year of 2006) that time my wife (now she is Ex wife from 2010) has broken the lock and confiscate my all things. But after divorce she has not left the possioson my house.
But after one year it is registered in the session court. so once again thanks to all.
