My husband will might be try to get ex-party order for section 9 he may given my wrong address and all notices will remain unserved and he may get ex-parte orders he is totally fraudy person. he is financially very strong also. he is managing everywhere.

Query :- Can i apply for CAVEAT application in Family court ?

Any provision available for this please tell me.

simple engage a local lawyer . take search of family court records all fresh filings made in last 3 months or so .

Even if the husband gets some orders by way of concealment, the orders can be challenged in prescribed manner.

Seek services of some local lawyer.

If you are well aware of the pendancy of the case then go and attend the case and don't provide your husband to get yourself proceeded ex-parte.
