Respected Experts , I havd seen the new bill on divorce on TV . According to new bill divorce will be easy if one side will give the application and time for compromise also have decreased. I could not understand that. My husband has filed the divorce case so now will it be very easy for him to get the divorce ? He do not have any type of property. Kindly reply .

A bill in order to become a law has to pass thru many stages and may be modified in the process. Let the bill become a law first.

So what so ever new news is there on divorce is it not in force yet ? To appose the divorce case filed by my husband what can I do ? Trial of the case is not started yet as before recieving the summons from the court I have file the transfer application in HC . Kindly help.

Proceed as per your lawyers advice. Still the Bill has not become law. So you are governed by the old laws in this matter.

The bill has not passed and become the law.It will be applicable only after becoming the law.
