sir pls advis for me and my friend ,
my friend mother is dead one month befor ok my friend and two sister all are married and mother stay with my friend and father and six month before mother make will (notaried )in that will clearly mention flat are tranfer on my name ok pls advise or rquired doc of flat tranfer or producer and this flat in housing socity ok
pls give valuble advise me and friend sir..

it appears that mother has disinherted her legal heirs and bequeathed flat to you . . if you make an application for trnasfer on basis of will other family members may object to transfer of flat . apply for probate of will

in that case my property in kalyan dist thane and friend mother was stay at dist -dhule and mother dead in dhule, will made at dhule (maharashatra)near nasik dist in his netive place
